Michael has extensive local and international experience managing large multidisciplinary teams and as a facilitator of best practice models. His experience includes auditing at a national level, managing national contract portfolios and managing the delivery of health and rehabilitation services in the private insurance market. His commitment to monitoring and review to inform service improvement ensures his anticipation of organisations’ strategic direction and approach. His qualifications include project management certification from the New Zealand Institute of Management. Michael is an ex-officio member of the Eklektus Inc. Advisory Board.
