Morgan is a writer and researcher. He specialises in small group dynamics and writing for and developing interactive narratives, particularly for the purposes of entertainment, education and social change. He has a particular interest in behaviour change as a response to global warming.

Morgan was lead writer on "The Affair of the Diamond Necklace" and has written game material for Sidhe Interactive, Adamant Entertainment, Contested Ground Studios and Mongoose Publishing.
